JSC "IMC" was founded in view of huge demand on the part of the explosively developing countries for logistics services. JSC "IMC" is a subsidiary of DelEx (USA), which in its turn is a full member of IATA from 2003 and part of the transportation holding ACS (USA) from 2004. DelEx was registered in February 2004 at the United Nations Organization (UN) as a transportation services provider.

At present, DelEx is one of the most rapidly developing logistics providers in the USA, with offices in New York (JFK International Airport) and Seattle with a staff of 15.

JSC "IMC" possesses a global network of agents with a similar set-up offering the whole range of logistics services, and it offers a “global coverage” in 24/7/365 mode.
