JSC “IMC” was founded in view of huge demand on the part of the explosively developing countries for logistics services. JSC “IMC” is a subsidiary of DelEx (USA), which in its turn is a full member of IATA from 2003 and part of the transportation holding ACS (USA) from 2004. DelEx was registered in February 2004 at the United Nations Organization (UN) as a transportation services provider.
